Golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside

  • Pan: For the classic crispy experience: fry in hot oil or butter in a pan for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Oven: For a lower-fat version: Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (200°C convection) for about 23–25 minutes until crispy, turning once.
  • Air Fryer: For extra-quick and crispy results: Bake in a preheated air fryer at 190°C for about 16–19 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn once or shake the basket halfway through.
  • Frying: 4–6 minutes at 190°C.
  • Serving suggestions: Our Egli Knusperli taste great with various dips such as tartar sauce, garlic aioli or a fresh herb quark. Ideal as a main course with chips and salad or as a delicious snack between meals.
